Welcome to the Transition site.

We're very excited about Transition in 2010. The Lord has moved mightily every time we have come together, so the only thing we know to do is keep meeting. Lives are being changed, and we do believe that this is the year of the Lord's salvation for those who come.

What is Transition?

Transition is the worship experience that we as college students have been waiting for. In the shallow and fragile world in which we live, we need to know who God is and what His plans for us are. At every Transition, you have the chance to encounter the Power of God's Spirit, the Depth of His love, and the Wild Plans of His Mind. In Habakkuk 1:5, God says, "Look, and be amazed! For I am going to do something in your days that you would not believe, even if you were told." We are on a journey with Jesus for revival in our day.

When is Transition?

Transition occurs on the first Thursday of every month at Grace Fellowship Church in Snellville, GA in the high. We also travel to colleges throughout the Southeast, and we would love to come to your school. See below for the full schedule.
